The lights in the arena change, then over the speakers...

(guitar riff)"Break it DOWN!"
...and the XDX remix of RATM's Know Your Enemy blasts across the arena.

Jeff Pryce and Scorpion walk onto the stage, with a mixed reaction from the crowd.
No taunting, no theatrics as their music plays.
No, tonight it appears they are all business.

The two seem to be walking with some pain, no doubt from the hellish match with Darkside.
They reach the ring, and enter it after circling around to retrieve some microphones.
The lights return to normal as the two men stand in the center of the ring, and bask in the cheers from some of the fans who have jumped on the XDX bandwagon.

Pryce is the first to speak...

Scorpion raises his mic...

Nightmare! Dr. Death!
We have got to hand it to you...you guys haven't lost a step.
In fact.....

Boos rain across the arena at the mention of Darkside.

No no no...c'mon now, settle down.

The crowd quiets somewhat, eager to hear what Scorpion could possibly have to say.

Unfortunately, I guess we haven't quite shaken off the rust.
No, don't get me wrong, no excuses...no regrets, you know...

He pauses a moment and glances at Pryce.
Pryce nods, and Scorpion continues...

You guys gave us an ass whipping the likes of which we haven't seen or felt in.........
Well, let's face it.
I don't think Jeff and I have EVER been beaten that badly.

You know what, though?
I guess we needed it.
We believe that match will serve as a wake up call, not only to us, but to the rest of the ELF locker room!

Truly spoken and duly noted.
We have received our notice...
XDX is gonna have to shake the rust,
and do a LOT better than that, if we hope to survive as a tag team here at ELF.

Don't worry, we plan to do JUST THAT!!

Crowd starts to cheer, once again, warming up to these two by the minute.
When they calm down, Pryce speaks.

...and what better way to do that, then the Elite Chamber match?

Now honestly, we don't know a lot about this match.
Only just heard it mentioned, and let's not forget,
we are still pretty new here.

That being said, it sounds like something we wanna be a part of.

So at this time, if our esteemed GM would be so kind as to grace us with his presence, we would love to have some more information.

Scorpion lowers the mic, and he and Pryce await the appearance of Jason Dire.....

New Day plays as Jason Dire makes his way out. He is sure why the new guys are needing him to go to the ring. He enters the ring and pulls a mic from his pocket.
You need me to come to the ring. To tell you about the elite chambers match? You understand how that sounds right. Your asking your boss to exsplain something pretty simple. Here it is. There is two wrestlers in there already. Manitcore and Death the elite champion. At Metal Mayhem, a elimination chambers match with six wrestlers in it. Two will start off the rest will be locked in cells til the time comes their door will be open. So you two want in, that ain't going to happen. You see, you two will be faceing each other, for one spot.

Scorpion smiles as Jason Dire finishes.

First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to come out here.

I think we all understand each other pretty well.
This match is a pretty big deal, right?
Well any match needs some good old fashioned hype.
So Jeff and I needed some clarification, and thought if we met out here it would kill two birds with one stone.
We, and everyone in the back, find out just what it is you are planning for this match, and all of the great ELF fans

Scorp rolls his eyes as there are a few catcalls and boos from the crowd.

Anyway, Pryce and I were by your office earlier, before we came out here, and heard a commotion going on...sounded like someone was getting fired or something.

The crowd gasps as Scorpion and Pryce shake their heads.

Let's just say that's not something that we wanted to interrupt.
But we DO wish that superstar the BEST in all future endeavors...

So yes, thanks for coming out here, again, I am sure your roster, and the fans, appreciate it.

Oh, and one more thing...
if you were expecting us to balk at that little match you made for us, it's not gonna happen.
You see, Scorpion and I have been on different sides of that ring almost as much as we have been on the same side.
We're no strangers to facing each other.
So that match?
It's ON!
...and we GUARANTEE one hell of a show for our fans!

Scorpion and Pryce shake hands as the crowd cheers.
